Location-based mobile services - Geolocation apps?
Recently the new booming, buzzing, emerging trend however you call it, is Geolocation.
With apps and websites such as Foursquare, Twitter, Gowalla and many others, the idea is to attach real-world locations to mobile phones. On a business focused purpose it means offering businesses a nearby way to attract and promote their products and services.
Opinions are divided at the moment, highlighting the risk for users to inform about where they are on real time.
